Established in April 2012, Foxy Interiors is a company of seasoned professionals which focuses on helping homeowners obtain top dollar and a quick sale through property resale services (home staging). They additionally provide – using the industry Gold Standard of the Matterport Pro2 Camera – a variety of virtual 3D services to both commercial and residential clients.

Foxy Interiors is the Central Florida trendsetter which combined both home staging and photography into one business. Serving our clients’ needs is of upmost importance.

Along with our education and work experience, our team focuses on our strengths. Having been “in the trenches” with flipping rehabs and the real estate marketing and sales process, we bring this real-world experience to our clients.

Our Story

We began in 2012 assisting investors by physically doing their rehabs and then home staging their properties. This, of course, evolved into color and materials selection and overseeing their rehabs, staging them, and photographing them for their listing photos so they could flip them. We loved what we did and were very pleased with both the outcome of our work and the speedy real estate sales that resulted from it. It was a great learning experience but time consuming. From that point forward we focused solely on home staging and photography. In 2014 Marie initiated the Real Estate Staging Association (RESA), Orlando Chapter. In 2017 we purchased the camera which offered the latest technology, the Matterport Pro2. This gave us the ability to provide Matterport 3D 360 virtual tours as a service. In 2020 E-Design was added to our repertoire of services.

Meet CEO and Home Staging
and Design Specialist Marie Fox

Marie Fox is the only Central Florida home staging professional that is trained in both interior design, home staging and founded the local Real Estate Staging Association Orlando Chapter serving as Chapter President. Marie attended Seminole State College’s Interior Design Program in the early 2000’s, received her International Staging and Re-design Professional (ISRP) Certification in 2011, and received her Certification as an Expert E-Designer in 2020. Along with these certifications, she brings a lifetime of business acumen to the table and has successfully owned the company since 2012.

Meet Matterport Operator
and Photographer Jim Hays

Jim Hays is a partner in the business, operates the Matterport Pro2 camera and provides visually well composed real estate and architectural photos. Jim has retired from plumbing and loves his niche doing photography as it allows him full use of his creative talents. His real estate photography services use HDR technology to bring you the best end result for a natural looking picture both inside and out.

Jim has operated the Matterport Pro2 camera in excess of 3 years. He is in good standing with Matterport and has been approved as a Matterport Service Partner (MSP).

When he’s not out on a photo shoot, he enjoys the company of his family, playing music as lead guitarist with the guys, or out flying his radio-controlled planes.
