Lake Mary Kitchen Re-design
Our customer fell in love with their new kitchen and were ecstatic with the outcome.
Several challenges existed when making recommendations to the homeowner as their budget was limited. The existing border tile in the bay window area, the counter tops and the stove were not going to be replaced. All these elements contained ivory and needed to be included in the home staging design scheme. As the before photos demonstrate below, this kitchen was dated and dreary. Here’s what we suggested to our homeowners to update the space and stay within their budget:
- Spray paint the kitchen chairs in ivory and recover the seats. We assisted the homeowner with an on-trend peacock blue upholstery fabric.
- Spray paint the bar stools in red.
- Update the pale yellow finish of the cabinets using Rustoleum cabinet transformations in the light formulation along with a top coat protectant.
Once the homeowners had the work completed, we brought in new accessories. The selected artwork, plates, and glasses incorporated all the colors now found in this trendy red and peacock blue kitchen.
