Photo Prep Agreement

Please fill out this form after you purchase a Photo Prep Styling Session, but before scheduling your appointment.

The purpose of the hands-on Photo-Prep Styling is to style and emphasize all the wonderful features of your home to ensure strong marketing photos. Using home staging methodology, your home will be showcased and ready for professional photos to be taken. The photos, in turn, will strengthen your market position. In essence, your home will be turned into a marketable product to be sold.

Our process:
• Take a walk-through of the property to be photo-prepped.
• Find out homeowner’s preference as to temporary removal of items: 1) homeowner takes direction from stylist, or 2) stylist has permission to place items.
• The homeowner will be requested to temporarily place animal items (food, litter boxes, toys, cat trees) in the garage.
• The homeowner will be requested to begin packing up personal photos or items smaller than a cantaloupe in size.
• Items will be placed into laundry baskets to be temporarily stored. This often includes personal items such as toothbrushes, tooth paste, shampoo, etc.
• Request homeowner’s assistance in locating useful items in which to use to style. This may include blanket throws, pillows, art work, vases, etc.
• May suggest a better way to configure furniture for best flow, if needed. Furniture will not be moved by Foxy Interiors.

Success Stories Permission:

Foxy Interiors as part of their marketing likes to tell the success stories of how we help homeowners. We like to use photos to demonstrate this; however, we need your permission. By checking the box, you are giving Foxy Interiors permission to use photos of the interior and exterior of your house on the internet for demonstrative purposes to show their work. You understand that your name and address will remain confidential. These photos will only be shared after the sale of the home.
