Sanford Famous Tiny House Boat
Foxy Interiors had the recent pleasure of providing re-design services, a Matterport 3D virtual tour and photographs of the Famous Tiny House Boat located in Sanford, Florida.
The Famous Tiny Houseboat named ‘Downtown Dharma’ is a floating bungalow parked at the Monroe Harbour Marina in Historic Downtown Sanford, Florida. It was made famous after being built on HGTV’s Tiny House Hunters TV show in Season 4, Episode 12.
This was a small project and looks relatively simple. However, when you’re dealing with “tiny” spaces, every quarter inch counts. All the spaces which were re-designed were measured. We worked with the client to determine which spaces were to be re-designed. We then provided multiple options for items that would fit into these tiny spaces. Some examples included the rug in the lounging area, the bench in the mudroom, the chair and ottoman in the reading nook, the chest in the closet area. Each and every space was measured. With careful attention to detail, all the procured items fit precisely in their designated spaces.
